Brunch served at the table

From December 10th, Lóu One offers a brunch served at the table every Sunday from 12h.

Guests enjoy a breathtaking view of Lake Geneva and the harbour while enjoying dim sum, baozi and rolls, as well as noodle soup, congee, mushi and meat and fish dishes.

A fresh squeezed fruit/vegetable juice or Lóu One cocktail, tea and coffee are included.

A CHINESE RESTAURANT OPENED IN GENEVA SINCE 1984

For more than thirty years, the restaurant on the first floor of the Grand Hotel Kempinski offers guests a breathtaking view of Lake Geneva and the harbour.

New name, same tradition.

Previously known as Tse Yang, the restaurant has always placed particular emphasis on offering top-quality cuisine by focusing on meticulous preparation.

Head of the kitchen since it opened in 1984, chef Kwok Keung Lau offers diners a carefully designed menu which respects the traditions of Chinese cooking.

OUR CUISINE

Our chefs prioritise top-notch products and flavours by using a variety of cooking techniques, such as steaming, stir fry and Mongolian cooking.

We particularly focus on four regional Chinese cuisines: Cantonese, Szechuan, Peking and Shanghai.

We offer signature dishes, such as delicious Sichuan beef and steamed wild sea bass, made with passion by our nine chefs, all of whom come from China.

EVENTS

The restaurant has one main room with a view of the harbour for a total of 110 guests, and a private lounge for up to 20 guests.

For groups, we have round tables catering for between 6 and 14 guests, one oblong table for up to 24 guests and rectangular tables for up to 12 guests.

The private lounge can be divided into two lounges if need be, and can accommodate two 10 seater round tables, or one oblong table for 20 guests.

A partir du 10 décembre, le Lóu One propose un brunch servi à table tous les dimanches dès 12h.

Les convives profitent d’une vue magnifique sur la rade de Genève tout en dégustant des assortiments de dim sum, de baozi et de rouleaux, sans oublier la soupe de nouille, du congee, du mushi au poulet et des plats de viande et de poisson.

Un jus de fruits/légumes pressé frais ou un cocktail maison, thé et café sont inclus.
